Emergency rooms and Urgent cares are dirty, loud, cramped, and frankly traumatic. We recognize that when you feel sick, you don’t want to go anywhere. That is why we bring hospital to you.

All our physicians are American Board of Emergency Board certified with all current certifications (ATLS, BLS, PALS, BCLS) active. No other “concierge” service in NYC provides this level of expertise for house-call, which is why we can see a wider range of conditions compared to urgent care and primary care offices. We can do almost anything.

Our membership is built as a small boutique practice to emphasize quality over quantity. We have a ceiling capacity of 2,500 members (for comparison the next larger competitor serves more than 10,000 people!). We provide more services than all our competitors and see our patients faster! We believe you should know your doctor and they should know you.

We have no hidden costs. Our fee schedule is published and simplified so you are never hit with an unexpected bill weeks later. We do not accept insurance and accept payment upfront. You may submit receipts to insurers who may reimburse partly or in full.

The healthcare system is complicated and frustrating so we have a team of navigators to do it for you. We help coordinate your individual care with concierge doctors, medical specialists, travel medicine, or any other needs you may have. We can secure hard to get specialty referrals. We coordinate home services like X-ray, Ultrasound, PT/OT, home nursing, lab draws, and medication administration. 

We can work directly with your agents, managers, or any healthcare proxies to get you or a loved one the help they need without leaving the house.

We believe in a holistic approach to medicine and include yearly mental health assessments, screenings for depression, physical activity and nutrition screenings for our members. We work closely with preferred renowned psychiatrists and therapists for any demographic. We are accepting of traditional medicine practices and employ acupuncture, massage, aromatherapy, meditation and yoga. We can also provide vitamin and IV fluid treatments.

We are owned and operated solely by top-tier ABEM certified emergency medicine doctors in a democratic practice. We do not have any corporate shareholders, business administrators, or outside investors. In our opinion the current healthcare system is plagued with administrative bureaucracy and corporate influence who disregard the practice of medicine for financial gains. We are unique in this regard to our competitors.
